Sprouts Program
Sprouts @ ECWPA
~ Grow into Homeschool~
ECWPA's Sprouts Program is designed for families who have chosen the homeschool path and whose oldest child will be 4 or 5 years old as of September 1.
We know that one of the hardest parts of beginning your homeschool journey is finding community. Many homeschool co-ops don't open enrollment until a family's oldest child reaches compulsory school age. The Sprouts Program was created to welcome families into the ECWPA community earlier, giving them the opportunity to build friendships, find support, and become part of a community that can grow alongside them throughout their homeschooling journey.
ECWPA is not a school replacement. We are a homeschool enrichment co-op that meets one day each week during two 12-week semesters. Parents remain on-site throughout the co-op day and actively participate in our community.
Enrollment
Enrollment in the Sprouts Program is intentionally limited so we can maintain a positive experience for all of our families.
Current Sprouts families are given the opportunity to register for the following school year before enrollment opens to new families. Any remaining openings are then made available during open enrollment based on the capacity of our co-op.
Membership Fees
Sprouts families participate as ECWPA members and pay the same annual dues and semester fees as our school-age families.
For current membership costs and fee information, click here.
Parent Participation
ECWPA is a cooperative, which means every family contributes to the success of our community.
Parents remain on-site throughout the co-op day and serve in a role that helps our community thrive. Families may choose to teach a class, assist another teacher, or serve in one of the many support roles that keep our Friday program running smoothly.
Clearances
All adults who will be on campus are required to submit the appropriate Pennsylvania clearances before participating.
