Matthew 18: 15-17
"If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother. But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every fact may be confirmed. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to teh church, let him be to you as a Gentile and tax collector."
1.) Talk to the person you are having a problem with, see things from their perspective.
2.) If you aren't sure how to approach them, ask a trusted advisor for advice, being careful to avoid gossip. If someone seeks you out for advice, keep it in strict confidence.
3.) If the situation is resolved, forgive and move on.
4.) If the conflict is ongoing or not resolved, privately bring it to the Executive Director. The Executive Director will then help resolve the conflict confidentially.
5.) If it remains unsolved, then it would be brought to the Board.
6.) If the conflict can't be resolved at the Board level, then and only then will we bring it up to the general membership.
